If this entire video had been like the first minute (all synchronized transport) and resisted the urge to become hip and winking, it would have been the best video ever. No, it would have been the Platonic ideal of the music video, rendering all future videos unnecessary. Alas (or perhaps fortunately), it slips quickly from perfection to mediocrity and grinds to a halt in trashiness.
